I've been loosing 2 lbs a week pretty consistently for three months. I'm so close to my goal and now I haven't lost one single lb in two weeks. :( This is before today's superbowl party!! Forget about loosing anything this upcoming week. I have to stay positive! No lose is better than a gain I guess!!! Keep at it, bringing yourself down will work against you.

My first 2 weeks I have lost 2 pounds a week. Then I had a week where I maintained my weight. Then the next 2 weeks I lost a pound a week. I really would like to get back to losing 2 pounds a week. I have 30 minutes of cardio 7 days a week. Any suggestions on what else I could do. I am also very great at tracking what I eat.
