I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and is ready to start the week off strong. I am on a 2 day streak, up on time, excercised and so far so good on eating right. I am determined to keep it going for the rest of the week.

The 3-day holiday weekend is almost over and I am happy with how well I did with my plans to get back on track. I've eaten below my range all 3 days and below 100 grams of total carbs each day. I've also exercised about 45 minutes each day.

The scale says I have lost a few ounces each day and I am curious as to what it will say tomorrow morning. Even more, I am hoping that I can keep some of those ounces from coming back and begin losing weight again. I hit a plateau in August, not losing anything. I hope this weekend effort gets me started downward again.

The strength training class I planed to go to Sunday was not there since the winter schedule at my gym dos not start until Monday (no Sunday´s class on the summer schedule!!). Since I was already there I did 45 min on the tread mill and 10 min on stair´s. Yes I could have done muscular work out my self but well at least I did cardio!

I did not do workout to day but took a rest day and took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced, she has been waiting for this day for a long time and was very happy even though her ears are now sore.

I did ok with food to day.

A few days late but better late then never! Starting weight 145 lb goal for end of Sept 140-143. I am working 9 days in a row crazy shift all over the place but trying to fit in some sort of activity each day even if it is only 10 minutes. Kids start school tomorrow! And I have a wedding in 2 weeks then next month is FULL of Birthdays mine included!

Today I did Jillian's Ripped in 30 level 1. Someone on another team wanted to do this again, so I decided it would be good to add this in with the bike and walk / jog. I haven't done this whole set in a long time. I just usually pick one of the workouts on occasion.

Yesterday and today I cut my celexa in 1/2 and will the rest of the week to see how I do. Maybe next week, I can do 1/2 a pill every other day. wean off slowly.

I am ready to kick my workouts up a notch.

I am sooo stuck it isn't even funny! I know what I need to do but it isn't getting done!!!

I had a great month in June and got down 10lbs. between may and June.

My goal this month is to get down below 239lbs. I believe it is doable if I just concentrate and do what I need to do!!!

So I let myself slack and ended August really bad and started Sept even worse. Had some bad news and a tough few days where nothing seemed to go right. Should of started the week out right yesterday, but needed the day for a mental rest day so I am going to try and start right today and make the most of the month. I am making my goal that infamous 114 I can't seem to hit

A day late, but better late than never!
Weight today: 192lbs.

I'm working hard to stay on track with a good diet, and most importantly for me, lots of exercise. Suffering a lot of back pain just now, which is preventing me doing any SP videos but I'm trying to walk lots to make up for it.

I had a good day yesterday, the first day of my "3-day, focus on getting back on track holiday weekend." I ate extremely light (about 900 calories, low carb) and did a vigorous exercise DVD (TurboFire: Fire Starter).

This morning, the scale said I had lost .8 pounds since yesterday morning. We all know I shouldn't take that number too seriously, but I am using it as motivation to keep going. So far today, I am on a similar track, having eat a healthy omelett for brunch and not snacking (yet).

I too have a birthday celebration to go to. I heard they requested enchiladas for dinner and zucchini salsa, and turtle pie for dessert.

Today I did Jillian's banish fat boost metabolism.

Enjoy the weekend. (without food) If you do have labor day picnics to attend remember to fill your plate with veggies and fruits. You can have a treat, but dont over do it.

I see others are putting there start weight and goal weight for the end of the month.

SW - 76.2 kg (167.99 pound)
GW - 75.0 kg (165.34 pounds)

I went to dance fit class yesterday and had fun and to day I will go to strength training class at my gym.
I got birthday party to go to later to day so my eating wont be perfect to day but I will do my very best not to over eat.

I am sad to report that I ended August at the exact same weight that I started it. It was the first month this year that I didn't lose ANY weight. I started off the month with such high hopes, but blew it by eating to much -- paritularly eating far too many sweet treats. I need to do better.

On the positive side, I had my regular every 4-month doctor's check up yesterday -- and we agreed to try a lower dose of one of my blood pressure meds. As I have lost 20 pounds this year, my BP is getting a little low at times. Time to cut back the meds a little. emoticon

Today I did bob's pure strength and burn. killer workout.
I am also going to try and wean off the Celexa meds this month. Hope the daily headaches and dizziness goes away. And maybe the weight will drop down now too.

My official weight in day is Friday´s so I am going to use last Friday as my start point even thought that is technically August. The plan is to loose 300 gram's pr week which would give me 1.2 kg weight loss in September.

I was 76.2 kg (167.99 pound) August 31 so want to see 75.9 (167.33 pound) next Friday.

I will be adding more exercise this month, since my kids will be back in school full time and I will have lots of time to do more. Hoping to add a bike ride or a walk / jog before my other workout for the day. We will see how it goes.
