I'd like to be in. Today was 158.4. I gave up chocolate for Lent and that has helped me re-spark. 5lbs by Easter 4/8 and I'd be very happy.

Count me in! I'm the maid of honor at my best friend's wedding at the end of the month, and I'd love to be a little lighter by then!

My goal is to get under 150 for more than a minute at a time! I need to hover there for a few days!

I will eat like a normal human, work out 2+ days per week and be active in general.

I'm ready!

Count me in! I lost 3.3 lb In Feb. For March I actually want to lose 8 but will be happy with 5. My weigh-ins are on Sundays.

Hi all
I am in .I am stuck at same weight for last 2 and 1/2 months and want to take off those 5 lbs.

2/29 = 155.6
3/1 = 156.2
First goal - get back to 152.0 (feb 1 number) THEN to get to 149.8 and anything under.

Today I did do Bob's IOM Body rev cardio only used the blue 12kg (26 lb) bell for the swings. made it through 45 min of it.

My personal goal was to BREAK free from the 200 lb mark. My next short term goal is to break away from the 190's. I'm setting a goal to loose 3 to 5 lbs for the month of March. I know that I CAN DO IT!

Today was one on one with Tony using a medicine ball this is cardio abs and boy do the abs feel it. Hoping to see a loss tomorrow but will take it as it comes.

Well Feburary was bad. 3.4 pound gain.

March will be a 5 pound loss and that will get me out of the 190's, finally!!!

I have to do this! I already got my 60 minute work out in. I usually go after work, but am trying to go a few times a week in the am. Maybe I won't feel so hungry late at night.

I do a very intense cardio/weight training work out, where it's not uncommon for someone in the class to throw up. emoticon

My official weigh in day is tomorrow. I will be in on this challenge this month. Its rewarding to be able to meet my goal that I have set for myself in the past few weeks. I will update my weigh in for my starting weight for the month of March.

Woohoo....count me in!! I'm just competitive enough that this may be what I need to push myself!! I will check in on the first and begin then!!
We can do this everyone....let's stick with the plans and move forward (forward in life...but down on the scale!!).

I weighed in....despite knowing that I should wait a day. Hopefully, it means I'll lose a couple pounds quickly. I need to lose 5 pounds. My next goal is to actually track my food. It gets really hard to do with work, but I'll try.
