I skipped the month of September unfortunately. Now I have some making up to do. It amazes me how fast the weight comes back on compared to losing it. I'm going to shoot to lose 5 pounds this month. It's going to be hard but I really need to get back on track.

Weighed in this morning and I'm down .8 pounds since two weeks ago, which was my last weigh-in. Scale said exactly 170-- I sure hope to say goodbye to the 170's very soon! I've been in them for like three months. That weight just doesn't want to come off!

Ate pretty well yesterday and did leg strength training and some cardio. Trying to figure out how it's going to fit in my day today!

Good morning ladies! Tracking my food and exercising daily is bringing the scale down, slowly but surely. I have a long busy day today, so filling up with a high-protein breakfast. It seems like I read somewhere to go heavy on the protein in the morning to help keep you full until lunch.

I am starting new diet plan. the exchange diet it is basically the dietebetic diet. standing still at 189. need to exercise but today picking sister up she flew in from the uk. have a great day

Today I did a 3+ mile walk / run in 32 min! my best time to date. Then I came home and decided to add Jillian's Banish fat boost metabolism workout.

Uh-oh ... I ate way to much today -- lasagna, garlic bread, happy hour cocktails, etc. while on vacation. But at least I started today with a good long walk at the beach. Hopefully, I only did a little damage to myself today. But I certainly can't eat that much every day.

I'm in again -- hoping for 2 pounds for October, but I will be satisfied with only 1. I am on vacation all week and I won't be able to weight myself again until I get home next Sunday. I assume I will gain a little this week, but hoping to keep the gain to a minimum by eating sensibly and getting a little exercise when I can. This morning, I went for a 45 minute walk on the beach, getting the week off to a good start. I hope to do that most mornings.

On Oct 1 post your starting weight, and a goal weight to reach by Oct 31.
