10/31- 148.6 - my lowest in 13 years.
11/8 - 148.2
11/30 GOAL - 146.8 setting a goal, but I will still be happy if I can just maintain this number.

Today I did a 2.8 mile jog / walk in 34 min. (it was COLD this morning) Then came home to do Jillian's No More Trouble Zones.
Looks like the 2-3 week workout break was OK, and not a terrible gain like I expected. But now I NEED to get back at it. Or I know I will lose my momentum and start slacking off instead.

We ate out last night and I saw it on the scale this morning, I knew it would happen, they must have a lot of salt in their food or something. I did have one small yeast roll and know bread will cause me to hold weight as well. It's a process, I am eating green veggies and chicken for the rest of the day. Have a great Friday.

Beckie you're going to run and walk the mall than do a killer workout, can I say over kill? Taking a fitness break is actually a good thing in the long run. My only problem is I sometimes have a hard time getting back at it but have been currently on a 10 year streak of continued fitness, not always at goal weight but working on a better me. I'm with you Lou I look at how far I've come this year alone and have regret because I could have done this a couple years ago, but rather than do that I look to the future and How I can continue to improve. I can't wait to see what I've accomplished a year from now, knowing what I know and working like I do. Really cool thing, I'm going to start training personal clients in the near future. How cool is that, it's always been a passion of mine and I'm actually seeing it come true. I teach classes and the whole thing. I'm a level 2 certified kettlebell trainer and hope to get my Insanity certificate next year and an IKFF level 1 certificate as well. I have goals and plan to see them through. Weight was about the same but with the added veggies I'm feeling so much better. I did notice my muscle mass has increased again, which will make my weight stick for bit till my body adjusts. I'm good with more muscle, I love watching the body fat numbers go down. It's a process but one you can be proud of if you apply yourself. Have an awesome Thursday everyone!

Thanks for the support, folks. It was an experience I wanted to share. I still have some thinking to do about it ... but one of the things I am thinking of doing is taking a picture in to work so that see it regularly. Work is where I eat the most: maybe a picture there would help me eat less.

Yes, come and join us ANYTIME.

Lou - Don't be so sad. be happy you did do something to change, and how far you have come. ((HUGS))

Sorry, it's been a crazy couple of weeks. again a week of no workouts YET! This is driving me NUTS. Sunday I did rake leaves with the family for over an hour. Monday helped at school almost all day, Tuesday was ready to do a workout, and ended up having to take the 9yo to the Dr. at 9 (complaining of ear ache), so I dropped the little one off at school then came home so I could take a shower before going to the dr. And today I drove 4 kids to a field trip till 11. Tomorrow I am going to get groceries and then doing a killer workout!!!!! Hopefully a RUN and a workout! depending on rain.
Good part scale is holding under 150 so that nice to see.

I had a profound experience a few hours ago I would like to share. It will take me a while to sort out what it all means to me ...but I want to share it now anyway.

I found some pictures of myself at my heaviest. OMG! I can't believe how fat I looked. I hardly recognize those pictures as me. I've been feeling fat lately and those pictures of me being so really fat shook me up a bit.

You would think I would be happy to come face to face with the "old me" and seeing all the progress I have made. But it made me mostly sad:
1. Sad that I did that did that to myself
2. Sad that I spent so much of my adult life obese
3. Sad that my parents didn't live to see me address my weight problems

It's given me a lot to think about.

Back on track and feeling a lot better about my clean eating. Weight was down slightly, I'll take it. With the shorter days it's harder to get moving and be as active but I plan on doing just that. Have a great Tuesday.

Had a really great Saturday and Sunday, I think I'm back on track for clean eating, was able to go two days without any junk. Now to continue for the rest of the week and hopefully see the scale move back on down. Wasn't at my lowest nor at my highest this am. Ready to see it continue downward.

Have a great one.
