Feb did not go well for me, but I am going to try again and see if March will be a little better. I am hoping for 3 lbs this month, would love 5 but don't want to get frustrated.

Not a good food day. I bought a salad at walmart, one of those premade packaged things. I didn't look at the label, cuz, you know....salad. I ate it and put it in my tracker...I think it had 20g of fat. After that I kinda gave up for the day. I ate mostly healthy foods, but I knew I was going to go over on my fats.I did not however expect to go over on my calories, but I did. But, tomorrow is a new day, and I will never buy a salad again without checking the label.

Today was Tapout Buns, Guns and ultimate abs. OH baby!

Yes, I never look forward to March & APril since we have so many birthdays. Hope to combine a few and if I make the cakes at least i know it's just cake mix, and a can of pumpkin. Bad part I usually do 2 since it's so flat and dense and stack them.

Hopefully the weather will start to warm up and I can hit the bike trail to bike 10 miles or walk / jog on top of my workouts to add some bonus calorie burn.

Wickedly bad start as Fridays are treat days at work. Large staff means lots of treats. Didn't go overboard but definitely enjoyed some treats. I made sure I did a brisk hour walk tonight. Better day ahead tomorrow!

Start weight is 180 lbs. I hope to be down to 175, or maybe 170, by the end of March. My husband's birthday party is the last weekend of March, so I'll be able to show off :)

I got on the scale was up a few pounds,very fustrated with myself.I went to the gym the last 2 Days and planning on going back tomorrow,I have been recording my food intake.One thing is I need the accountibility of weighing weekly.

I'm in again. As March is a long month, I am hoping to lose 2.6 pounds. I did a 40-minute Zumba routine today (good) ... but ate a cupcake for a snack at work (bad). Oh, well. Tomorrow is another day!

WELCOME Everyone!!!!

Well today was scheuled for yoga and since the boys are home today, and i don't like yoga I opted to skip it today. The school had a roller skating party for 2 hours today and I was BAD and I did NOT get skates for me, only the kids. Oh well, I am sure there will be a next time. They are talking about trying to set up one during spring break.

Back at the workout tomorrow.

Be back on March 1st to put on the start weight. I'm hoping that I can lose some weight this March. Hubby's birthday is March 28th, Maybe I'll be able to buy a nice dress or something. That way I can look pretty when I take him out for dinner.

Post your start weight for March 1, and a goal weight for March 31. Post as often as you would like on how you are doing. We are all here to help motivate you to continue to reach your goals. We all have our ups and downs, but as long as we keep working at it we will reach our end goals.
