Lost 2 lbs this week.

SW 216

I was hoping it would be more since I am on a soft food diet and basically starving....I had to get dentures and unfortunately everything soft I have been eating has lost of sugar in it. I need to make better choices and find something soft that's not sugary!

I'm feeling fat and guilty. I was planning on exercising after work (as usual) and ate very sensibly for breakfast and lunch. Then a friend scheduled a work meeting with me late in the day -- and we decided to just do the work over dinner.

One caprese salad and 2 big slices of pizza later .... I am over my range for the day and wasn't about to exercise on on such a full stomach.

Oh well ...nothing I can do about it now. Tomorrow is another day -- though I suspect the day will start seeing bad news when I step on the scale.

no gain and no loss for me this week. I expected a 0lb since last week I loss 3.8lbs. Very big weeks = little or no lbs for me. I'm ok with that because I was able to maintain my weight. I have less than 3lbs left and I will be at my goal weight (the ###'s I want to be) so I'm getting a head start on maintenance.

day by day, pound by pound!

Yes we need the temp to drop a little and RAIN!!!!!

Sorry I have not been online in a while. Took 2 days off of exercise and the scale showed it. Up to 156.8 today!!! (+2.8) Time to get back on track. Today Did Jillian's no more trouble zones and got really sweaty.
Last night we did go to my SIL and since it's so hot no one feels like eating much. So she made a cheeseburger salad it was pretty good. Ground hamburger, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles (I picked out) then mix with romaine and spinach, and some shredded cheese. quick, easy and good. I may make this again on hot days.

Keep cool, enjoy the boss' that are gone.

I am so happy my boss is on vacation it makes work so much nicer. No stress from him and I can get so much accomplished. I did get in a workout yesterday with suspension trainer and kettlebell. I'm looking forward to a break in this heat, it's too hot and needs to cool off and rain.

I've gotten off to a really good start this month, eating well and exercising all three days. Tomorrow, I plan to take a break from exercising unless I really feel like working out. I plan on spending a lazy day at home and then go out to dinner at a friend's house.

It's funny. I was very productive at work yesterday and today, too. I'm thinking the fact that both my boss and her boss took vacation has something to do with it. With my work stress level way down, I am able to be more productive at work and less tempted to engage in unhealthy behaviors.

This has helped me get back on track I had a great 5.5 mile run in the hills last night.. Tonight is a challenge as I'm going to the Round Table pizza buffet with friends. I need to eat mostly salad and veggie pizza.

Starting weight July 2nd - 173.4 (forgot to weigh in yesterday)
Goal weight for end of July - 170.0

Weighed in this morning for the first time since June 8th (was on vacation part/most of that time) & I was actually down from my last weigh in by 0.4 pound. However, I have consistently been between 170-175 since Jan. 1st . . . I really need to make some progress!

Stayed well behaved all weekend.
Had a good day till I got home.
Just blown it all on 50 g toffee and a shortbread biscuit.

I'll be happy if I can lose 2 pounds. If I lose a little more, like I did last month, that's great. But I am aiming for a steady loss of 2 pounds per month.

GOAL: 149!!!! I know it maybe a long shot to get to this number since I have been stuck at 153-155 for a year. But I have to have a goal to keep me going. At least I feel great, love to workout, better shape then I have ever been.

Today I did do bob's body rev cardio conditioning. Great sweat!!!!

YEAH! Welcome EVERYONE. I keep pushing to see if my body will lose anymore, and this challenge helps me to keep going. I am SO afraid that if I EVER get an injury or something else and I can't exercise for even a few days, I will GAIN so much again. I like where I am at, and the only way I can stay here, is if I keep working out EVERY DAY, and keep my eating on track.


I can't believe this thread was on page three!! Needs a bump to the top again.

Get ready ladies (and any guys) a few more days and it will be JULY 1!! shocking.
