Alrighty. Last month I didn't do well at all, well, at least the last half was a mess. I'm going to set a reachable goal this month. I know it's less than 2 pounds but a loss is a loss. Really hope I can lose it and keep it off. Good luck to everyone!

Upper body kettlebell training yesterday was intense but felt great. I'm ready for class tonight hope a few show up to get in a great workout. I have my cooler packed with healthy snacks and lunch for the day. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Didn't find this yesterday, so starting a day late - but starting anyway which is the important thing!

Made good ground in early November then had a big bump up - now back to same weight as three weeks ago. . .gonna stick with my original 12/31/12 goal though it's less likely now. .

I'm in. I'm hoping to get a head start to the new year resolution I'm sure to make. I want to be at my college weight by Memorial Day which means I need to lose 5 pounds in December. It's ambitious but I'm done with this extra poundage.

Today I stayed below my calorie limit and I went for a walk/jog after dinner. I waited until it was dark so no one could see me. I've got a copy of Jillian michaels 30 day shred that I'm going to find tonight and start tomorrow.

I'm in! My current weight is 258 and my goal by the end of December is 256. My weight loss is coming really slow, but if I can weigh less at the end of December than I do at the beginning, I will feel like I made a major accomplishment!

Well I'm here to try again for December, November didn't work out as planned.
I think December will be different though. I had my yearly docs appt. yesterday, he was not happy with my gaining again, so we did some talking and both agree that I'm depressed,so I am now taking anti-depressant pills. I'm not suicidal, nothing that bad but deffinitly need a little help. So we shall see what happens.

Now with it being the holidays I'm going for a smaller goal......

11/30 = 157.6
Goal for 12/31 = 154.6 I know it will be hard with the holiday's. So I am setting a slightly smaller goal and if I pass it, BONUS !!!

Today I did No More Trouble zones, just the arms, abs, and leg lifts. And then did about 3 sets of Iron Core Warrior 1. I can only do about 7 snatches per side with the 14kg bell. I know she does the high pulls differently in this one than whatLiberty does. I do them like liberty showed me at the one class.
I also helped load and unload a ton of totes for the kids' school holiday shop.

I decided to stay with my usual goal of 2 pounds. That would bring me down to 158 -- a pound less than the year-end goal I had set for myself many months ago. Though I have to admit, I'll be satisfied as long as I end the year below 160.

I am going to try and lose 8 pounds this month, time to make it happen. I know with working on Karl's car to get in painted and keeping up with my training I should be good to go. I have Christmas eve off this year so that will be a nice 4 day weekend to get stuff done. I'm so looking forward to enjoying the holiday this year.

Be good eat clean and make smart choices, remember 10 minutes of activity is better then nothing. You can do this.

I went on 1-month vacation and when i came back, i realized my jeans are buttoned well, in my mirror i was doubled already like packed sometthing around my belly...
