It is Tuesday PPL and it is D day for us to weigh in.

I use to lose slowly but I added walking so I think that has helped me to lose more than 1 lb per week, hopefully next week I will see good results too. Best of luck to all!

At the end of April I am going to my school reunion and as always I want to look fab. I can not wait for March to end so I can start my weight loss plan. I am doing it as of this second and my plan is to lose 16 lbs by the end of April.
