Count me in! I did good in the April challenge. 8lbs and counting. I still have 3 days. If I can get 10 in April and 10 in May that would give me 20 lbs gone for my Birthday. May 30th. The best present I could give myself. emoticon

I'm in. I need help. I keep gaining 3-5# and losing the same weight for the past 2 months. I went and added sodium to the nutrition tracker. I lost a couple pounds but noticed it isn't the sodium so I have added fiber now. It has to be something. I workout atleast 4 days for 30 min. I know I need to increase that too and I plan to do so starting in May. Still determined but really discouraged.

Come and join our May's Challenge to lose 10 pounds. We will make this month the highlight for getting back into shape and kick off the summer months of fun in the sun. We will get read to shed those winter coats long overdue and get into those sleek shorts and and sexy swim suits. i hope everyone is up for the challenge and will give it their 150%.
