hi team, as u all know i went to the Doctor today, for the results of my mammograms. as it turns out the additional mammograms were inconclusive and they could not tell me one way of the other if the calcification were benign or not so now they want biopsy on both breast. i am truly upset, i thought at least today that i would know something. so now i wait again. im scheduled for surgery Tues March 3 at 9:45. Im am now really scared. i don't know what else to say. Im for once in my life speechless. i thank u all for ur prayers and well wishes. keep them coming i really need u all right now. thanks for letting me vent. emoticon

This challenge sounds interesting to me, but I'm traditionally a slow loser.

Can you give me some tips on what you're doing that will help you lose 10 lbs in a 4 week month?

Sounds good to me. I'll just about have finished my first two weeks so an 'extra' challenge to keep me motivated will be good. Especially as my daughter and I celebrate our birthday in April. This year it will be her 16th - big celebrations so I want to look as good as I possibly can.

thank u all for joining..we have 2 weeks before this challenge begins but don't wait till then to get a jump on things. u have a good head start on the Feb challengers. use ur time wisely..if ur new to Spark people learn to navigate the site. lots of information here that will be useful to ur journey ahead. good luck!! as for the weigh in..u pick the day of ur choosing. once a week is good.

Come and join our March Challenge to lose 10 pounds. We will dedicate this month for getting back into shape for the kick off of the summer. i hope everyone is up for the challenge and will give it their 150%. Remember u will get out of this program what u put into it. i know this program works. ive been a Sparker for 12 months now and lost 73 pounds. so like i said if u do the work this program will work for u. Good luck and come March 1st the journey begins.
