My daughter has been trying to get pregnant and has needed to loose weight. She's changed her eating habits, joined a gym and is working out regularly. She's lost weight and looks great! She's not pregnant yet but she feels much better about herself and she knows she's healthier if she gets pregnant now vs when she was heavier. She wants to loose more weight and I think this is a healthy choice, plus it's a nice distraction from the stress she can have each month she isn't pregnant.
