Good for you.
A few motivating facts:

Pregnancy is easier if you are in shape. You will have less aches and pains and have more energy.

The better your nutrition is the healthier your baby will be. Babies need lot's of vitamens and minerals for proper development.

Being overweight can mess up your hormones so it's easier to get pregnent if you are a more normal weight.

You can do this for you and your little one2be!

My daughter has been trying to get pregnant and has needed to loose weight. She's changed her eating habits, joined a gym and is working out regularly. She's lost weight and looks great! She's not pregnant yet but she feels much better about herself and she knows she's healthier if she gets pregnant now vs when she was heavier. She wants to loose more weight and I think this is a healthy choice, plus it's a nice distraction from the stress she can have each month she isn't pregnant.
Best of luck to you and great decision to be a part of Sparks!
