I am new to SP, I just found the program today and I will begin tomorrow!! I know it is a stretch to loose ten pounds in two weeks but i am definitely up for the challenge even if I'm a pound or two off!!! my start weight is 245 emoticon

Weekly weigh-in this morning, I lost 0.6lbs. I am now at 155lbs flat. Since March I have lost 3lbs.

I'm in! Need to lose 18 to put me at my pre winter weight and 23 to get to my ultimate goal. Honestly, not sure the 23 lbs is even healthy for me (will have to wait and see) but I definitely want to tone up at my prior weight of 135 lbs.

I weigh in on Sunday's... this past Sunday I was 152.2 (only down .8 lbs from prior week)

I weigh myself every day (bad, I know) and I was 144.4 this morning! Not sure how I managed to lose 8lbs. in a week and a half, but it probably has to do with the fact that I was battling an abscessed tooth and couldn't eat. :\ Not being able to eat for about a week will do that, I guess. I don't recommend the "toothache diet" but I can't say I'm too sad about it! haha

I had a minor miracle happen overnight. The skinny fairy visited overnight and took away a pound and a half. Go me! Go me! That is putting me at 5.5 lbs to go! emoticon

I lost a total of 1.3 lbs this week and 1/2 inch off my thighs and 1 whole inch off my waist....

And I just got back from a two mile walk!!!!
Did Day 2 bootcamp X2 and my scheduled core exercises.... emoticon

....and another .5 lb bites the dust!! I gotta tell ya, from the "diet" end I don't feel even slightly deprived. This part has been easy. Getting my butt into the gym is my struggle. I know I need to in order to see the changes I really want.

Another half a pound gone. I climbed on the scale 3 times to make sure it wasn't lying to me. lol

That puts me at 2.5 down and another 7.5 to go and 22 days to do it in. What is that...3 lbs a week? (Fingers crossed)

You guys are doing great!! I didn't do any exercise yesterday and am kind of kicking myself. Today is a new day and I have to think in terms of exercising TODAY because it is good for me v. exercising for a short term end result and I missed a day so now...blah, blah, blah. Lots of background noise in my head I need to learn to drown out.

Anyhow, scale still says 216. I am doing upper body today and am going to find a way to work in 30 min. minimum of some form of cardio.

Well I am half way there. I had my weekly weigh in at the gym this morning and I lost 5lbs from last week. Not sure why that high but hey I will take it! Also did 30 minutes elliptical plus weight lifting today. Shooting for staying on track with my calories.

Will be within my calories today and did my 1hr zumba class tonight. Hoping to do an hour in the gym tomorrow (we are supposed to get a nasty blizzard/ice storm tonight through wednesday morning so might not be able to do the gym. But if I am stormed in I will just workout here. Hoping I at least get to the gym tomorrow though for the official weigh in.

Great girls....the more the merrier. We need all the encouragement we can get! I did good in my calorie in tack today, no gym but a slow pilates, which is better than nothing. Tomorrow is the 700 calories burn.

YES we r on our way, great work guys. Today I did a pilates class burned 200 cal...haha. Way down from yesterday, but I need to rest my muscles. Calories are in check too so far. I think gardening or any type of activities add up, so garden away...walking is always great! Will weight by Friday , go girls go:)))

Wow...great job you guys. I didn't get any exercise in today. I went to church and then out to eat. I did stay within my calories today. I took a much needed nap after. We had our day light savings time last weekend and I haven't quite adjusted yet. I did weigh myself this morning and I am down 2 pounds.
Can't wait to start again tomorrow!!

700 calories? Wow. That is a LOT of work. I, on the other hand went for a 2 mile walk in the country w/my husband, daughter, and short-legged dogs. I also gardened for an hour I don't think there are much calories to be shed by planting seedlings and weeding. So far so good with the calories. I weighed myself this morning and I was down down .5 lb for yesterday so that is a grand total of one pound gone. LOL I keep telling myself the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and the journey for a size twelve begins with a 2 mile walk in the country. :-/

Today I went to the gym burned 700 calories weight lifting and 1/2 hour elliptic. Writing my food log religiously today! Am not seeing any results, I was expecting to loose 5 kg today with all the sweat in the gym, but helas doesn't work that way...will report tomorrow of any progress. My weight in is on Friday. Hope the dial moves a bit by them lol.

I would like to join as well...I have been on SP two weeks today and two weeks ago I was 166 lbs now Im 168.8 but my weigh in day in the early am tomorrow with my measurements.

I have gotten a little dicouraged earlier in the week but I have got my motivation back. I just gotta stick to my weekly tracker first thing Sunday AM

Casey I think it's great ur joining! It maybe difficult, but if u need to extend a few days to achieve ur goal, then do that....I am doing the best I can to, altho today I was 130 calories over my daily allowence. That happened bec I drank my calories, I went overboard with the latte. Well that won't happen again! So welcome to the challenge and waiting for ur daily log. Good luck:)

OK, hit the gym and did upper body and back work. I tried to get motivated in the cardio room but that Andrew Zimmerman guy who eats bugs was on TV and I was getting ill just looking at him. I will end up walking around post tonight...2.6 miles.

I took a break thurs, Friday, and sat ...today. But will start Sunday with the workouts again till end of week. Been keeping my food log tho and doin good in that. Glad we are doing this. Okay so this is the goal. I started yesterday by tracking my calories and working out in the gym. Today I will ride my bicycle for 30 min. Yesterday I burned 766 calories weight lifting for an 1/12 hours. Sour all over, but a challenge is a challenge.
