Hello, my name is Sarah. I am 19 years old currently weighing 180lbs. I am looking to get the help needed to lose 40 pounds and I am hoping this site will help. I have never tried to loose weight because I never had to. I was comfortable with my weight. I had my daughter a little over two months ago and after gaining the extra lbs and I HATE it. So here I am!
I am willin to try anything and I know I will need the extra support. So any encouraging advice or any words of wisdom will be appreciated :)
