I second, or third the motion, Skinnytaste is a great site! I forgot about that.

Another site is foodgawker.com. It has literally everything. You can select what you are looking for and it's pretty much the best recipes out there, with pictures.

skinnytaste.com is one of my favorite sites too. Another one I like is www.kalynskitchen.com. She doesn't cater specifically to gluten and dairy free folks, but she is a South Beacher, so a lot of her "phase 1" recipes don't have a lot of these things in them anyway. I think her biggest strong point is lots of great veggie side dish recipes, and she uses things like spices to add flavor to things.

Pasta is my ultimate weakness. I've been eating A LOT of spaghetti squash lately, and I top it with my homemade marinara. Yum!

I found an amazing website with TONS of fantastic recipes...and there is an area on this site specifically for "gluten-free" recipes, as well.

Check out skinnytaste.com

Each recipe I've tried so far has been great!

I am gluten-free and eat and bake a lot of dairy-free, and grain-free stuff too.
Here are a couple of my favorite blogs, these women really have some delicious stuff!

I am in a boat that I don't know how to bail out of with my diet and lifestyle changes. I have recently started a wheat and dairy free diet. My family often has bread or pasta, sometimes both, with meals. My mother-in-law, because she is a picky eater, does most of the cooking. She is willing to try something new if she cooks it, but often won't eat things that I cook. I am looking for, then, some recipes. I want to be able to eat a similar dinner to my husband and his parents without eating all the stuff that is slowly killing me.
