Lately I've been making something I call "Tuna Slaw" for lunch. It's really, really good, fast, cheap and easy and versatile. I throw a couple of handfuls of bagged shredded cabbage or broccoli slaw into a bowl. Add a good shake of white vinegar and a couple of tablespoons of lowfat mayo, a drained 5 oz can of tuna in water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and whatever else I feel like: little green onions are good, so are chickpeas or canned white beans. It's full of protein and it tastes really creamy and crunchy and indulgent, and I track it at a little over 200 calories for a LOT of food.
