Great goals.. take baby steps making changes that you are willing to live with for life...and with consistency you will achieve them. I yo yo dieted for YEARS and have now maintained for going on 4 years. It is something I work at daily and I make fitness and healthy eating a priority. Best to you on your journey, Rhonda

Hi All,
My name is Marcia. Losing weight and keeping it off are my goals. I hope this site will help me practice the habits I need to be healthy and reach my desired weight. I want to enjoy shopping for clothes, to feel comfortable in my clothes, to have confidence in maintenance, to move gracefully, to feel younger, to feel somewhat athletic, and to feel more feminine.
