If it hurts to bend your knee or walk, you may want to focus more on upper body and core strength training exercises while that heals, along with focusing on your nutrition. If it's bad enough that it's causing you pain like that, you may also want to check with your doctor.
I have been training for 5k in December to be able to slow jog it. So while I would not highly active for a long period I would like not to lose the momentum I have gained as well as the weight loss. But the other day I got a bad cut on my knee/thigh area that makes it painful to walk or bend my knee a lot. What are some exercise that I could do with this limited mobility?
