I have been having a lot of trouble staying motivated - I'm afraid that my weight is starting to creep up again! Because of my hectic schedule, I don't have many supportive friends. I only need to lose about 30-40 pounds, but my mood goes up and down and I have trouble staying committed right now. Things are really busy (just bought a new house, started online school 6 weeks ago on top of a full time job, career change, new dog in house, etc.) and finding time to work out is tough. I think that having a friend or two to chat with on here may give me a boost - accountability is something I'm missing. My husband is supportive of my efforts, but he's one of those people who can eat anything and everything without gaining a pound - and he tries to make sure I 'eat enough' lol.
