Hi! My name is Kelly; I'm 44 and live in Vermont. Married; two teenage kids.

I am looking for a weight loss/exercise buddy(ies). For someone to share the ups and downs with; someone to motivate me and for me to motivate them.

My favorite exercise is walking - outside or on a treadmill.

Being in Vermont, I use the treadmill from now until spring, which can be anytime from mid-March or mid-May until October/Novemberish. LOL. Mud season is, oh, so much fun!!! ;)

At one point two years ago I was walking (outside) 5-6 miles per day at 165 bpm. Am starting over now. I don't care what exercise you long as we can challenge each other each day with our own personal goals.
