Here I am AGAIN!!! I am looking for someone(s) who would be interested in helping me remain accountable to a lifestyle change. I have started and stopped this so many times I am embarrassed to be here at the starting point. I feel like I need someone who would say, "Hey, Jen! Where are you?" I have considered Weight Watchers but the cost inhibits me and I want to move forward.

My biggest downfalls:
1. High stress job = emotional eating.
2. Husband doesn't care what goes into his mouth, I become tempted.
3. Weekend eating, big family meals every Sunday.

My biggest positives:
1. Still have 30+ pounds off my body.
2. Currently exercise 3 times a week.
3. Starting the Couch to 5K program again and can still run about 20 minutes solid.

So if you are out there and may have gone through some of the same struggles, I would love the encouragement and the chance to maybe encourage you!
