That is so true, been keeping a journal with Weight watchers , so it has become a good habit.

I think the first step towards being accountable is to record all foods, good or bad! For me this is the first goal- even when I make a "bad" choice to keep a record of it so I can see where the extra calories come from and how I can work on that

Welcome! I do the same thing, it's crazy how fast moderation turns into "I eat junk food basically for every meal."

I still like moderation but I need to get a grip on it. Back to healthy eating and exercise today!

So you know how it goes...

You sometimes go to the gym, try and make healthy choices a lot of the time...but hey! Why not grab some McDonalds? It's not that bad. And pizza? As long as it's once in a while...and another round of beers? Hey, it's the weekend. As long as it's once in a while, everything in moderation...I'll get back to the gym tomorrow....

And pretty soon, once in a while is all the time. Tomorrow becomes a month away from fitness, and suddenly your clothes are too tight and the scale is up 20 lbs!

Joining this site as a way to make myself accountable for all of the choices I make, good or bad!
