Make a commitment to exercise 10 minutes a day. Message me every evening for the next thirty days telling me what exercise you did :) I will message letting you know what I did for the day. Let me know if you are up for this.

I did sandy and still do but my doctor said to me that I have to loose weight. I don't have any illness or no problem but he said I may find complications during my pregnancy. Now I have just a one dream and that is getting healthy. I know if we try everything at one time it will break us soon. I used to do exercise a lot which is not really I want but because most of the time I get excited after doing little exercise and then just over do it. I also had same thing with nutrition that if I start eating raw then eat all day same kind of food (veggies or fruits). And later it breaks me too fast (in few days). But recently I brought "The Spark" and thru out reading I have learn that make changes one at a time will go long way. Now I enjoy working out and also eating healthy food with adding little spices.

so just make small steps like

15 minute walk a day - now I have increased to 45 to 60 minute
1 fruit or veggie a day - not to much fan of eating fruit or veggies alone it that's why it has gone to 2 fruit a day or home made smoothies with more then 5 fruits

And I will be starting one time salad soon - sooner is next week

I hope this will help you out.

Why don't you try one of the Spark challenges? One of the first things I did when I started Spark was the 28 day bootcamp. You just have to do a 10 minute exercise video a day. They also recommend that you do 30 minutes of cardio a few days a week but since you're new to exercising, just start with the 10 minutes a day. I thought this challenge was a lot of fun!

I just cant seem to get myself started! Basically, started with exercise. My inner self says "lets start this" but my body is saying "what the heck are you talking about!". Does anyone else have the same battles? If so, how do you over come it?
