Congrats for wanting to tackle this now. That's a plus you have going for you right there!
You are right, too: it's so important to stay positive.
Any time you feel some discouragement coming on, say to yourself, "I'm not where I want to be now, but I'm getting there." Then focus on something else so you won't fall into that black hole.
You can do this!!
Peruse the woo-hoo pasts and success stories to keep you motivated.
You got this.

Long story short... I started new relationship about 7 months ago and my once excellent healthy eating habits went out the door. You get comfortable with new sig other and bad choices can be made. I gained a significant weight back and I need to get back into control. I need to stop weighing myself daily and go back to plan that was most successful for me... Chicken, turkey, fish, certain veggies , certain fruits no sugar. Lots of water... Exercise about 3 days a week.

I know it will be a struggle and I can't get discouraged when I don't see results right away. There will be people here who are having quite impressive results while my struggles may want to brig me down. I can't get to that point.

Any words of advice you can help me will greatly help
Any words of advice you can help I would appreciate.
