Invest in one of the many good books available and learn to train yourself. Good titles are "The New Rules of Lifting for Women, "Body for Life", "you Are Your Own Gym" and "Female Body breakthrough". There are resources available which will give you the information you need, you need to educate yourself and not depend on the education someone else has put forth the effort to acquire.

It's very expensive to get and keep certifications, insurance, etc. Why would anyone train you for free? Do you do your job for free? And if someone was willing, keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

I use the workout generators all of the time and they are awesome!! I think that is a great place to start!

We don't allow any trading of services on our Message Boards, but there are lots of good articles and workout ideas in the Fitness Resource Center that can help if you're looking for ideas.

Might there be anyone out there that would train me?
I have a gym membership..I get to about 2 x a week..
and i have a lot of walking area..
I just feel like its a mess and not helping with weight loss?

Anyone up to putting a plan together for me? and train me VIA email?
