Bridges is a great one for the butt and core. Also, Coach Nicole has a super video to exercise those glutes. It's called 6-Minute Butt Blasting Workout Video. Here is the site:

Hope it works for you. I do 100 butt squeezes, bridges, & leg lifts and opposite arm raises.

I'm interested in any exercise for he buttocks that don't involve squats or any that's going to be hard on my knees please.
