Well, I'm not exactly close to you geographically, but I'm in the same age range and looking to lose a similar amount of weight. I'm going to add you as a sparkfriend and hopefully we can work towards keeping each other accountable. I'm currently on a roll, but I know it's bound to get hard once I'm faced with those temptations. I also have a weakness for nachos, pizza, and the like. Plus I have friends who always want to go out for these kinds of foods. So not helpful. But the way I look at it, it's a lifestyle. I will splurge occasionally as long as I eat healthy the majority of the time and keep exercising, it won't kill me. Best of luck and I can't wait to hear more about your journey on sparkpeople!
Hi everyone! I'm looking for a buddy (or a small group even!) to help keep eachother on track and motivated. Ideally I'd like to find someone who is similar in age (26) and goals (15-20 pounds) so that we are easily able to understand eachothers struggles. I live in Canada and I love to play sports and stay active, although I've been slacking through the winter months. My biggest weakness is that I love terrible food.. nachos, pizza, fries...
