I haven't got a home-gym as such, but in my lounge I have my treadmill, and my teenage grandson has his bench-press that works the legs as well, (I can't use that re skeletal issues) and I have my Gym Ball as well.
IF you post regularly on the teams you belong to, you may find that there are others there with similar interests and health issues. I am sure that you could grow a beautiful pen-pal relationship that way :-)
I am looking for someone who wants to maintain a conversation regarding our Spark journey and other topics of mutual interest. I am a 75 y.o. ex-pat living in Thailand. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 4 months ago. It got my attention about my being overweight (barely 1.67 meters, 96 kg) so I joined SparkCoach. I am down to 87 kg with a goal of 79 kg which my frame carries well. I had an operation on my spine in 2006 which has left me with constant back pain and poor balance. I have a complete gym in my house with a treadmill, a reclining stationary bike, a multi-purpose work out machine and resistance bands and other "accessories". I had to build my own because I live in a very rural part of Thailand where there are no professional facilities. I am a former semi-hippie with extreme left leaning politics. (But I am not a communist).
