Sometimes I'm up at 4am to get it done. Or doing it at 11pm. It doesn't matter when I do it, just as long as I do :). I'll add you too!

Well, now, I schedule my workouts. Boyfriend and I (I always go to the gym with him) look at our schedules and choose times 3x during the school week we can go each week. For example, this term: Mondays we are going at 2:30 after he gets out of class. Tuesdays at 9. Fridays at 2:30. Then we can go anytime on the weekends when the feeling hits, because our weekends are often unplanned.

As a college student, you have to be really flexible. A MWF schedule didn't work for us because of all of my labs and his long night classes, so we found something to work for us. But schedule your workouts and make them a priority. When you have group projects, put your workouts first during planning. If you have an hour between 4 and 5 blocked off, say you can't make it!

Also, if you have a school gym- use it. The cardio machines usually have a place where you can put a book, so you can study AND work out at the same time.

Welcome to SP! I'm Lucy, 18, and I'm kind of on the last leg of my weight loss (but fitness is a journey, not a destination, so this lifestyle is for always!). I can help you out as I kinda know the ins and outs of this by now :P I started on the teen site (sparkteens) when I was like 15 and have had a lot of ups and downs but mostly have maintained 125-130 for a couple years now.

Welcome to spark! This is a great site with wonderful tools to help you find your way. I've been able to lose weight successfully thanks to all the support this site offers. I've met great people too who motivate me to keep moving! Post pregnancy here I am again :) I do log in at least once a day, can't guarantee more then that as I work full time and have 2 little ones- but feel free to add me :)

Hi! My name is Larrissa and I am 19. I am a early/special education major and on the side I am a devoted volunteer interior firefighter. I joined this site to help me loose weight, I need to be in better shape to serve my community. I need some motivation, and by nature I need to attack this task with a team. So if there is anyone who is looking for someone to be a motivational partner I am very friendly(most of the time ;P) and willing to be committed to the goal.
