I've been hearing good things about that book. I may check it out. Reading Jillian Michaels Master Your Metabolism right now. It's pretty can certainly tell her personality in the book lol.

Welcome! One thing I could consider doing is joining a few groups. I was a lurker for a long time and didn't really have many SP friends. Once I joined some groups, I met some of the most amazing people ever! I've friended you in the meantime. :)

I've been here awhile but I am just now starting to use the site/app.

My only friends on here are SP_Staff and SparkGuy so I was wondering if anyone would like to be my spark friend so that we can encourage and support each other? I mean....not that SparkGuy isn't a good friend....but he seems pretty busy with all the other Spark friends he has lol.
