Hi, I also have a hard time with motivation, and have recently gained 15 pounds quickly due to stress and comfort eating. I am also looking for help to keep on track and begin eating right again.

What worked for me was taking baby steps, I didn't try to change everything all at once. I picked one or two things to work on, and then each week or two I added another goal. I also didn't look at this as a diet, but a lifestyle change. It's normal to have setbacks along the way, so don't let that discourage you.
My most important motivation was realizing that I needed to become healthy and fit to live a happy life. Once I committed to being healthy, I was on my way and continue down that path. Join some teams who will cheer you on.

I've been on and off with healthy eating and exercising. Recently I fell off hard and gained about 30lbs in a short time. I've never really been healthy and am trying, but feel like I'm failing myself. Any helpful words would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
