hi Kayla,
I too weigh 192 lbs and want to get to 140 pounds. I have only lost 2-3 pounds over the last month but it is baby steps. I am vegetarian and have been seeing a Nutritionist for years. I feel like I know more about nutrition than I ever thought possible. LOL I live in Sacramento California and would LOVE to keep in touch with you!! I need weight loss buddies also. Hi Kayla I would love to be your weight loss buddy. My name is Linda I am a minister and I live in central northern Maine. I have lost 20 pounds, and plan on losing 20 more. Spark people have helped me a lot by just keeping track of what I eat and how many calories I burn. I love to garden, I teach Bible studies twice a week and enjoy camping. I am a mother of three that are now grown.
Congrads on being a nursing student and your weight loss. School is a hard place to watch your weight, when I was in Seminary snacking went with studying and I think thats how I gained so much. What kind of nurse?

Hello! My name is Kayla and I am a nursing student from Pennsylvania! I have been making lifestyle changes recently to try to get back a healthier lifestyle. I have lost 15 pounds so far. I weigh 192.5 now, but want to get down to 145-155 range.

The past few months I have done okay but I would really like to have a weight loss buddy, or a few to keep in track with healthy eating and exercising. Please let me know if you are interested!!
