I'm looking to lose about 40 pounds myself. I'm lucky if I can get 2 hours of exercise every 4 days. I wish I had your energy. What kinds of exercises do you do each day? And what exactly are you looking for in a buddy? It sounds like you already have quite a lot of motivation to keep you exercising that often. Are you looking for someone who knows a lot about nutrition, or eating habits (you mentioned your sweet tooth), or general healthy living, or something else? What exactly do you want a buddy to do to help you? Are you looking for a taskmaster, a supportive helper, a coach. or some other personality type? Would you prefer a buddy of similar age and gender?
