Ok so I finally acquired some resistance bands to challenge my strength training routines. I find the pamphlet thing it came with extremely unhelpful and I'm having a hard time understanding how to incorporate the bands into what I already do, or should I now start doing different "resistant bands" workouts. Does spark have anything like that that I could do and track in my fitness mins? I tried to find that page where I found the beginner exercises and now I'm having a hard time navigating things. I can't remember how to get back there....
