You can use yor quick track to log the minutes. I don't know about that program but if it is a true strength program, you can't really track the burn.

I use a program called Chalean Extreme and would like to be able to just log it as an entire workout opposed to having to break down every single exercise, set, rep, weight, etc. Is there a way I can do this? That being said, anyone else use this program and any idea how many cals it actually can burn?
