Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am having trouble categorizing my workouts that I do via video games. I have the xbox Kinect and I have several games like Biggest Loser, Ultimate Fighter and a new one my fiancÚ' just bought me called Self-defense Training Camp which are pretty much work out routines using kickboxing and martial arts. Would I log the other games as cardio, step aerobics or something else. I want to log it in correctly to get somewhat of an accurate calorie count. If anyone has a clue I would love any input. TIA
