Just something I wanted to mention that I discovered today. Don't cheat yourself out of an extra five fitness minutes every time you workout! Make sure to check the stretch after cardio box above cardio entry for fitness logging. If you do cardio workout even five days a week for a month this can mean 100 fitness minutes more a month! Most workout dvds have a stretch segment so be sure to get credit for doing it! emoticon emoticon Spark On!!
