It was my first with my PT as well. Had done some tabata in classes but not like this one! By the 8th round of push-ups I was dying. Burpees not much better. Your right though - felt good when it was done - feeling my abs abit now.

Thanks Jen - went with your suggestion of circuit.
You could maybe log as circuit training, not sure how accurate that would be, or just log the time and intensity of the actual work. I know the burn will show up as minimal if you're doing an actual Tabata 4 minutes, and it will feel like you've done more, though.
