you'll be fine. Personally I don't use the pre-selected menu. Too limiting for me and I would have to make too many adjustments. I would suggest maybe a week or so and then trying it on your own.
If you don't like something, you can always opt out of that item by not tracking it and writing in your own choice.

Thanks. I find the menu page fairly hard to use but today is my first day. I just have to get used to it. Thanks.

i think it is either when you set up your page you can turn on menu options or it is on the tracking page for food.
