I have joined a weight loss challenge at my local gym that begins on 4/8! I am really excited for this! There are cash prizes for those losing the biggest percentage of weight, and of course, it would be great to win, but I joined more so for a source of motivation. Having to go to the gym and weigh in for the contest every 2 weeks gives me a sense of accountability. I'm not going to let myself look like a slacker by showing up having not lost any weight, or even worse, gained some! That is my current source of motivation, just thought I'd share!
