Well last night I went out with my girlfriends for dinner and it was great. We get together about 2 or 3 times a year. It is rainy and raw and the bones are hurting. My daughter had her windows shot out on her truck the other night. What a stupid thing for someone to do. I guess the person who did it had too much time on his hands. I would like to wring his neck.

Well today we went to my best man's viewing and it was nice to see my cousins and aunts that I have not seen for ages. It was sad because he was only 60. However, it was nice catching up with the relatives. I went to church this evening and it was so nice.

It was a buce Thanksgiving and my dinner was very hectic for me. Nobody would help me and I heard was I am hungry. I ended up almost passing out from all the stress of tryoing to carve the turkey, carve the ham, mash the potatoes. I am glad it is over because I need a new strategy for Christmas Eve. I will have twice as many people than I had today. My Christmas Eve Dinner is open to anyone and I have been doing it for over 30 years. I can't quit now.

Well my furniture arrived and it is nice. Today I baked a Pumpkin Pie and made the stuffing for the turkey and peeled the potatoes for tomorrow's dinner. I am also cooking a ham. I love when my family is here to share a meal with us.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

I have not been on the computer for a couple of days because I am busy cleaning and getting ready for Thanksgiving Dinner. I am changing the curtains in the bedrooms and I bought new ones for the bathrooms. The pain in my shoulders is starting to lessen and I think it is because my husband is putting Icy Hot on my back at night. He is my angel.

I am waiting for my new furniture to be delivered. My living room looks empty.

I am thankful for being alive and able to still care for myself. It is great to know that my husband has my back.

Well today was painful for me. I believe my bones hurt. Well I trudged on and did some housework and a load of wash. I used my treadmill and raked some leaves in my yard. The weather was not cold so it was nice being outside. I try to do it at least 15 minutes a day everyday. I am watching The Christmas Cottage. I love this time of year.

Priscilla is now 70 and she always says Yoga can be good strength building as you lift your own body weight. She's really strong.

Thanks Jibbe I use a treadmill and weights for my arms as instructed by neurologist. I need upper body strenght and also keeping my legs moving.

Yesterday we went to Zembo for a Turkey dinner and a ladies gathering. The food was good and so was the conversation. After that our friends asked us to go to Denny's for icream. We did and that was great also.

Today we just went looking for furniture. It tired me out and my hip started to hurt from the walking and standing.

Tonight is Daylight Savings Time so we get an extra hour . YAHOO

Well I am living with Ataxia and it can be a challenge. Today was an ok day for me I only fell once. The hardest thing to deal with is people not understanding my situation. The main thing that keeps me going is my friends and family. Walking is a challenge and unsteady hands do not help. I use a cane when outside of my house.
