To both give and receive support, I suggest joining and participating in at least one Spark TEAM. When you signed up, SP offered you a "Spark Class" which is a team for the newbies who signed up the week you did. There are a lot of people who hold me accountable on my teams.

Hi my name is Dan I'm 48, work at hospital on medical surgical unit. I'm married to my High School sweetheart for 30 years. Have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. I'm a lover of ALL genres of music but I play Ambient professionally. Have many different instruments and about 300 different world flutes. I need to drop 55-60 pounds and would like to have someone who is committed to keep me accountable . I would do the same for you if you'd like.
