I have finally stopped using sugar in my coffee! Today I wanted some but it was so hard to wean myself off of it I did not give in!

that's wonderful! and you do see a difference on your skin and how your body feels. The no sugar made my tummy feel a lot smaller within 5 days, of course it felt kind of empty too but it's a matter of time, I'm never hungry anymore and feel great! You are doing GREAT!

I've stayed under 2000 calories for the past three days. THREE DAYS BINGE FREE! I'm "hungry" all the time but I don't want to go back to old habbits. This is only week one and I know that, according to my monthly cycle, week 3 and 4 are really hard. I need to go strong for these first two weeks!
I've had NO SUGAR for these past three days as well. Guys... I'm really happy. I already feel better and I swear I already see a difference in the health of my skin. Little things, eh?
