I've begun to choose healthier food as an automatic response.

I've been bringing healthy food from home to work with me. More importantly, I've been choosing it, Lol.

I measure every day that I log in and keep everything on track as a success. Without each day, I wouldn't have the goals reached each week or each month.

Good for you. We should all pay more attention to the good things we do and give less attention to the not-so-good things. Filling our lives with emphasis on the good makes the world a better place.

I agree. Every day that I make a small change or am more active than the day before or ate healthy and well, I am grateful and feel good. When I feel 'fat', I look at some of the clothes I used to wear (some are sitting in a pile to be taken in cuz I like them so much I couldn't give them away), and realize -- oh! Things have really changed.
