So happy for you! It's true: the motivation you feel is from the success you had of YOU doing it!!! Isn't it cool to motivate yourself? Bravo and well done! PS: I routinely ate at the high end of my Sparks range and didn't suffer a bit. Don't feel like "less is better" when it comes to calories and going under your allotted range.
You should be proud of all that you have accomplished. I am sure you will have many wonderful moments as your journey to better health continues.

I have only been here about 2 months, and it has been quite a journey so far. Mostly, I have only done my exercise or calorie counting each day but never really both a day and if it is both a lot of the time I have gone over my calories by a bit or a lot. But today was wonderful. I stayed under my lowest calorie limit without feeling hungry or starving myself AND I got a mile walk in today. I have met almost all of my everyday goals as well which is another first and my mood has been AMAZING! Doing this change is the best thing that has happened to me since I had my little girl (3 years ago), and this is the best choice I have made in a while for myself and my family. I have even been searching for lots of recipes everyday so I never run out and they have all been amazing. I am using portion control and it is working out marvelously. I am having a glass of wine to celebrate and con not wait to continue on with more success.
