Yes, that counts. Any food you eat you can count. Just enter into the search box and select your item to add to your daily intake.

Hi Catherine,

Did you mean to say baked potato? If so, absolutely! All fruits and veggies count toward your daily goal.

should I count a baked as a vegetable? Is there a list of fruits and vegetables that count toward the daily goal? thanks!!
