Beans for me, too! I'm not a vegetarian, but I like their versatility. I can have them in a light snack or a heavy meal, and depending on what I make or how I make it, they taste completely different.
Second favorite would be very lean filet mignon, cooked well done but still juicy. Very few restaurants can manage both qualifications, so I tend to get either a dried out chunk of charcoal or something more rare than I like. I only really have it at home where hubby carefully times and rests it to perfection.

I second the grassfed steak - we buy a side of grassfed beef every fall. My second favorite would be a good, thick, juicy grilled grassfed burger!

A nice rare grass fed local steak. Doesn't have to be big, but if it is cooked perfectly rare it is a thing of beauty.

Egg whites. Low calorie, and eat them with breakfast almost daily. Seasoning them different ways makes for variety too.
eggs (real, whole, pasture-raised ones!) beef - primarily ribeyes or filet mignon chicken - and NOT that boneless/skinless (chickenless?) stuff shellfish and mild white fish pork lamb (mmmm lamburgers with garlic-n-mint!)
