We had pizza for dinner tonight. I opted for veggie instead of my usual pepperoni and was feeling guilty when I reached for that third piece. To my surprise, I was under my calories and was able to eat my yogurt. I was sure I was doing a bad thing. It feels kinda like driving on the freeway and seeing a cop but when you look down your doing the speed limit. What a great feeling!!
