LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT ! Even tho you have alot of health issues you can lose your weight if you really want to bad enough ! All my arterys are over 80% blocked but I AM NOT GIVING UP !Please read some of my page and blogs you will see nothing is impossible ! I hope you are able to turn this around. You have received more than you share of negatives and have not given up so start adding up the positives. You can do this, just believe in yourself.

you can get it off and get down to 200!

maybe you could dance around to some music for a little bit to just be moving, it might be easier than walking right now.

spark has alot of support so keep posting and remember lots of people have some of the issues you have too and can help keep yuou motivated by talking to them andsharring what is working for each other :)

Wow, that must be really difficult to deal with, but at least you're not giving up! Just stay motivated and confide your feelings to your friends to help you deal with all of the distress. Keep up the good work, friend :)

I used to work very hard every day. Iwas just trying to survive. Then I was dianosed with type 2 diabetes(due to Agent Orange), then COPD,then PTSD(viet vet), my wheight went up to 376, I am now at 372 & trying to lose 175 more.It is hard for me to walk any distance, but I am trying.
