Work active things into your day like long walks or dancing, as someone else suggested. Or, like ZORBS said, get up early if staying up later isn't an option. I get up an hour or so before I need to to get in my workout. Kids are asleep (usually, sometimes one or the other wakes up) and I get my workout in, hit the shower and get dressed, then start to get the girls ready for the day.

If you really want to do something, you'll figure it out. Without really knowing how your day goes, it's hard to give advice. But when my kids were that age, I was very busy doing so many things I really didn't need to exercise. I'm not saying doing do it, just that if you want to do it, you'll just have to be creative and do it when and how you can. Good luck and keep the faith.

Maybe do active things WITH the kids...dancing, running and playing tag, etc. You don't have to carve out an hour at a time..just do 10 min here and 10 min there. It all adds up!!! Good luck to you!
I'm a 30 year old with a one year old, two year old and a six year old kids. I can't exersize during the day because the kids thinks its jump on mummy time and in the evening I am so tired I can't exersize even for ten minutes. To make matters worse the anti depressants I'm on make me not Hungary one day and hungry all the time on other days a nightmare for my weight I can't afford to loose any more I'm 49 kg but don't want to gain any either.
Anyone got any ideas or advice, or just let me know I'm not the only one like this
